Poached Eggs in Marinara Sauce Recipe

Using Redpack Multi-purpose Marinara Sauce to poach eggs is a simple but delicious twist on a standard breakfast.

4 cups Redpack Multi-Purpose Marinara Sauce
6 eggs, fresh

Bring marinara sauce to a simmer. Make pockets in sauce and crack one egg per pocket. Cover and cook for at least 6-7 minutes or until desired doneness.

Serving Suggestion: Stuff portabella mushroom caps with cooked seasoned spinach, then cook until mushroom is tender. Spoon poached egg on top of mushroom and serve. Garnish with your favorite cheese.
